Born in California to Mexican and Saudi Arabian parents, Dominique's path was carved from adversity. Music became the channel, the lifeline - a way to survive, to feel, and to speak what had no words.

At 19, she began training as an opera singer, a mezzo soprano with a gift that was unmistakable - but it was never just about opera. That training became the foundation for a worldwide journey: into ancestral memory, sound alchemy, and the power of voice to transform.

Her studies span continents and lineages: Amazonian medicine songs. Middle Eastern ornamentation. African polyrhythms. Classical Indian raga. Her sound carries the earth - and it carries you home.

Dominique's global recognition began with her 2022 collaboration with Café De Anatolia, a hauntingly beautiful fusion that defied genre and gathered over 8 million views on YouTube. But it is her most recent body of work, Ikalgi, that truly defines her: a cinematic album inspired by Gladiator's emotional score, laced with operatic, ambient, and shamanic textures. Ikalgi is less an album than a ritual - part invocation, part elegy - and a testament to what music can awaken in us when we remember it as ceremony.

Through her platform Zemsway, Dominique now guides others in reclaiming their voices - not just as singers, but as leaders, visionaries, and embodied vessels of truth. With over 5,000 students and audiences worldwide, her work spans mentorship, online trainings, international retreats, and sold-out shows.
