GENEVIEVE DOWLING
Genevieve Dowling has spent fifteen years working at the intersection of human performance, health and wealth — but her work began with a much more personal question: What happens when we finally come home to ourselves?
A Human Performance Visionary, global entrepreneur and co-founder of House of HAYGG, Genevieve believes none of us are broken. We become disconnected — from our bodies, our intuition, our truth and the version of ourselves that was once fully alive.
Her own return began through profound loss and a personal health crisis. After the sudden death of her father, a holistic health practitioner, Genevieve found herself confronting her own body: eighty-six ovarian cysts, two six-centimetre fibroids and two hospitalisations following ruptured cysts.
Doctors presented surgery as the answer. Genevieve experienced the moment differently.
"What I understand now is that it was a doorway."
She sold everything she owned in Canada, packed three suitcases and her French bulldog, and moved to Mexico. Without a map for what came next, she began listening more deeply to her body, her intuition and the signals she had previously been too busy to hear.
That journey ultimately became the foundation for House of HAYGG, the ecosystem she has built with her partner Hayden Vavra — and Return to Genesis, their seven-night beachfront experience in Playa del Carmen.
At the heart of her philosophy is a radical reframing of the body.
"The body is an intelligence, not a machine."
For Genevieve, high performance does not have to mean overriding yourself in pursuit of the next achievement. True performance begins when the body becomes part of the conversation — when health, energy, wealth, purpose and ambition are no longer treated as separate pursuits.
Her own transformation reinforced that belief. When a later ultrasound revealed that the fibroids were shrinking, only two cysts remained and her menstrual cycle had returned, the physical changes mattered. But what mattered more was the woman she had become in the process.
Today, Genevieve is building a world in which high performers no longer have to choose between their ambition and their wellbeing.
Because the greatest asset behind any vision is not the empire, the strategy or the next achievement. It is the person creating it.
And sometimes sovereignty begins with something deceptively simple:
coming home.
