There was a time when Lysiane Cossette-Montefiore saw her reflection as a résumé.

After 16 years in the modelling industry, perfection had become an instinct: editing photographs, holding her breath, wishing her body looked different and quietly believing that one day she would finally feel like enough.

Then she discovered colour.

As a certified Colour Expert, Lysiane began to understand style differently. The right colours didn't change her face. They changed the way she saw herself. They reflected light, life and softness back at her — and revealed something she had been missing: perhaps beauty was never about fixing what was wrong, but about allowing more of herself to be seen.

Her own wardrobe became the starting point.

It was almost entirely missing blue, yellow and purple. Through her studies of Reiki and chakra philosophy, Lysiane began connecting those absences with qualities she had become disconnected from — her voice, confidence, personal power and spiritual expression.
It changed everything.

Today, as The Chakra Stylist and founder of STYLYS, Lysiane brings colour psychology, style, body awareness and energy work together to help women explore the relationship between what they wear and how they feel.

She believes our wardrobes can reveal energetic patterns hiding in plain sight: the colours we instinctively reach for, repeat or avoid may offer clues about the parts of ourselves we're ready to reclaim.

Her own transformation didn't stop with style. In 2024, Lysiane began singing lessons — a journey that taught her that finding her voice wasn't only about music. It was about finding her voice in every area of her life. She is now seeking a producer for her own music.

For Lysiane, manifestation isn't about becoming someone else. It's about removing the layers that disconnect us from who we already are.
